We had our property on the market with a different agent for 3 months and had 2 non-procedable viewings. Before switching to Helmores.
Our house has now sold, and the communication and service has been nothing short of outstanding. We had issues with the property we were purchasing in a different town through a different agent and James' understanding and patience has been appreciated whilst we also were dealing with a horrible family occurrence. It felt like we were in safe, knowled hands and had once less stress to deal with.
Would strongly recommend, and James, like other members of staff I have bought and sold properties through Helmores before him were again magnificent.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
