Loren was very pleasant and helpful at all times, and even visited the property in my absence to check on some repairs that had been carried out. She provided regular updates/information on the progress of the tansaction and was very helpful.
Ian was also very helpful in the background.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
