For many years we have used Helmores. The tireless effort that goes into improving their service is a real credit to them. We particularly on this occasion had a fantastic service from Ian, Rona, Loren and Amy. It's always reassuring whilst we are stressing about things there is always a friendly professional ear to listen, sort and reassure. Thank you so much and we will certainly be using the Helmores team again.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
