Great service from these lovely ladies at Helmores. Through no fault of Helmores, our property sale and purchase has not been as straightforward as we would have liked - more like a rollercoaster at times - but Loren and Rona and the rest of the team have been professional and helpful at all times and have worked hard to get us safely to exchange - something we thought would never happen at one stage!
Comment on agent fees
We would have loved to have paid less (who wouldn't?!) but they achieved a sale where another (cheaper) agent had failed and are competitively priced compared with other High Street agents.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
