Having sold 5 properties with Helmores in the last year it has always been a positive experience. Rona stayed in contact throughout and was both professional and personable. Not the easiest thing to pull off successfully. Crediton and its surrounding areas belong to Helmores. Deservedly.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
