Helmores and, in particular, Amy have provided us with excellent service throughout our purchase. Amy was always responsive and frequently more informative about what was happening within the chain than the agents who sold our house. Amy has helped us obtain our 'forever' home and we are very grateful.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
