I recently sold a property with Helmores and the team were fantastic. The pictures and brochure that Ian created was first class and the advice about pricing strategy proved to be accurate and insightful. The feedback from viewings from Rona was timely and helpful and when I secured my buyer her help with the negotiations was very much appreciated. Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
