I had an excellent service. Helmores looked after me from start to finish. Even during some difficult times Helmores worked very hard to get me a buyer at the right place. They kept me informed every step of the way and were always willing to help. They also got me in touch with a very good mortgage advisor. Fantastic!

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
