Helmores have served us very well from beginning to end. We were very much novices in the business of buying and selling houses and they have guided and advised us throughout the process. Their enthusiasm to market our property was inspirational and their help to find the house of our dreams made the process easy. When we found ourselves embroiled in a long chain the staff at Helmores encouraged us and kept our spirits up. The overarching experience was that Helmores cared about us as friends rather than just customers.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
