We have sold several properties during our lifetimes but this was the best yet. We have been completely satisfied with the service we received from the day that Philip valued our bungalow, until the day we moved out. The marketing was excellent , It was sold with 3 weeks and Loren's negotiating skills were exemplary. She achieved a sale well above the original valuation. She played a 'blinder. We cannot thank the staff at Helmores enough.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
