I have just exchanged contracts on a beautiful house with James' and Roger's help. They have been highly professional and constructive throughout the process which ran very smoothly indeed. Proof that house moving does not have to be stressful! James has communicated with me regularly, helped me to find a solicitor and recommended the property to me in the first place having understood what would appeal.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
