After initially speaking to Ian and letting him know the type of property we were looking for he kept me consistently updated with properties that matched our wish list. Being a customer that is hard to please searching in an area that doesn't have a huge volume of properties on the market at any one time I was always going to be difficult but Ian matched us with the perfect property and managed to negotiate the best deal for both us and the seller. I would recommend Helmores as there is a very good reason they have the outstanding reputation they have achieved. My service has been second to none, thank you.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
