Having used Helmores in the past, both when buying and selling, we chose to use them again on the sale of our house. We initially dealt with Ian Blanchford, who was incredibly efficient and helpful in getting our particulars produced quickly. He was very knowledgeable when it came to the best photos to use, and revisited our property to take alternative shots at our request. Later on in the process, Jess, Loren, Jackie nd Rona were fantastic. We had quite a rocky road to the end of our sale and purchase, but they kept us informed throughout in a friendly and polite manner. Thank you for all your help Helmores!

Explained clearly upfront. We appreciated the all inclusive rate as this enabled us to budget and be aware of solicitor's fees.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
