As far as estate agents go Helmores are good. Amy was always available to answer my phone calls and always rang me back and did everything she possibly could to help things move along moew quickly, especially in our more complicated scenario.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
