Found a property through Right Move and was directed to Helmores. The service was outstanding from the moment we walked in the door. They were very accommodating of our evening and weekend viewing requirements and took time to allow us to have a good look around the property. During the purchase process we hit a few legal bumps between the two Solicitors due to some information not being easily or publicly available and accessible and James & Amy went beyond all expectations to help us solve the problems and progress the sale. The whole team have kept in constant contact with us and helped us through every step of our first purchase. I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone and thank particularly James & Amy for their hard work and 'going the extra mile' approach to our purchase!

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
