Friendly and efficient staff. Property initially valued by Ian who had a similar thought to myself. In the end we achieved slightly more than the asking price. Superb photos and a great sales brochure produced. Majority of the viewings were handled by the agents with bookings and feedback handled well. From my initial Enquiry to completion has taken 11 weeks.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
