Myself and my partner have been very happy with the service we have received from both Loren and James. We have always been updated with information/progress on the house, even if it was just a small update. Loren has dealt with us the most and she has been extremely helpful every time we spoke with her. We feel both Loren and James have gone out of their way to answer any questions we have and are both willing to help. Thank you so much.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
