The service we received from Helmores, in particular Mike Thierens was excellent. Friendly, efficient, professional and courteous. This was the first time we had rented a property and the first class service we received made this a really good experience during what was a stressful and busy time for us whilst selling our business and home.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
