The whole team at Helmores were extremely helpful in selling our property. They booked appointments and followed them up by finding out from prospective buyers what they thought of the The Old Dairy. They were instrumental in getting the best possible price for us. We would reccommend them to anybody who is thinking of buying a property in the Mid Devon area. Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
