I recently sold my house through Helmores, I had used Helmores in the past and was fully aware of the excellent service they provide, the photographs were exceptional and showed the house to its full potential. The purchase of my property I was buying was not without difficulties and James Fyfe gave me constant support with this although it was through another estate agent, he was always at the end of the phone to help me. I highly recommend Helmores, they really do give value for money.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
