We have found James very helpful at all stages of the buying process. This was particularly so when two weeks before completion an unexpected problem arose from our vendors. James stepped in and handled all subsequent discussions sensitively and proactively, engaging with Solicitors and continuing to steer things to a successful resolution. He knew how important this was to us having just had our fingers burnt when a previous transaction collapsed at the last minute. We wish the agents we used for our house sale in Skipton had been as good. We paid them an enormous amount of money but felt that we had got no service apart from smiles and a listing on Right move. If we want to sell in the future Helmores will be our number one choice.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
