These guys are really the best around. Straightforward, reasonable, communicative and highly effective. I have purchased through them and used their tenant find services a couple of times. They market my property very effectively and let it in no time at all when I've brought it to them! They have always found good tenants and those tenants always report good things too, so far.
Beth, Mike, Julie and Jenny have all been great and have supported me as a team from the get-go. Can't recommend them enough!

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
