James guided us through our first house purchase and was extremely patient and never phased by all our questions! He is an excellent communicator and kept us abrest of each change within the sale, as well as keeping in regular touch with both solicitors. It wasn't the most straight forward of purchases but he constantly kept us in the loop which was great as - being our first time - we really weren't sure what to expect and when! Thank you :-)

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
