From finding my rented accommodation to my eventual purchase Helmores have been with me all the way. At times it has been turbulent but their professionalism and patience has been a calming influence. James Fyfe has been my main point of contact for the property I have eventually purchased and has kept me consistently informed during the process without the need for me to chase; quite refreshing in this day and age. Loren Eginton has also provided help and assistance along the way and again has demonstrated professionalism, compassion and empathy; it doesn't always go to plan. One final mention for Julie Bevan in the rental section who helped guide me to the correct accommodation option whilst I searched for my eventual purchase. Thank you one and all, the team at Helmores, are, without doubt, superb.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
