Loren is an invaluable asset to Helmores. She is a highly customer focussed, skilled negotiator and personally handled the sale throughout. Her communication was fabulous. She was proactive in ensuring that everyone involved was kept up to date so that the sale would conclude as quickly as possible. As has been noted in other reviews, she was supportive, caring and understanding and worked hard to ensure a successful outcome. She proved to be very good at making suggestions and seeking resolutions to solve any arising issues or problems during the process. I would certainly make Helmores my first call for selling or buying based on this experience.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
