Well what can I say...................Loren was truly wonderful throughout the whole process. Supportive and understanding whilst helping us achieve the best possible outcome. Even phoned us outside of office time and whilst dealing with her own family emergency, to ensure we were up to date with information. Above and beyond customer service, more like a friend looking after our best interests. Thank you so much Loren a really pleasure to deal with such a wonderful and caring person.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
