I have been very pleased with the service provided by the lettings dept of helmores. They have been very efficent with any repairs that has been needed within the property that i rent through helmores. They are always polite and friendly and have the time to discuss things in detail and i never feel that i am wasting their time with any query i have with regards to the property i rent. I would highly recommend to others tenanta and landlords.¢ËœÂº¢ËœÂº

The fees are in line with others agents. However i do feel that all agents do charge a little to much to the tenant for agents fees.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
