We had seen a fantastic opportunity to purchase the perfect property for us, we had to get our house on the market extremely quickly as we only had a couple of weeks to go sale agreed on our property.
I went into Helmores and spoke to Loren who was very professional and went through a few things with me, she then arrange for Ian to pop round the following morning to value our property and take all the necessary photos and details needed. The photos and the write up was outstanding and his advice to get the best possible price for our property was very helpful - It went sale agreed within 3 days!!!
Rona then looked after the sale and kept us informed with regular weekly updates. She was friendly, efficient, patient and was always willing to help out with anything she could.
I would highly recommend this honest and hardworking team.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
