Amy (and all the staff at Helmores) were fantastic during the entire process, from valuation to completion, dealing with our sale. Amy did a great job as our negotiator and was always available to update us and happy to do whatever she could to ensure the smooth progress of the transaction. Very happy with all aspects of the service we received and would highly recommend to anyone.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
