Rona Haggerty . From start to finish in the purchase of the property was very helpful and as things progressed very slowly due to the first buyers in the chain, Rona was able to inform us what was happening and was very proactive in chasing people 100% highly recommended , more so than our own estate agent who was noticeable by there absence!

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
