Helmores took on the sale of my property following unsuccessful marketing with another Estate Agent (Stags)
It was a complicated sale with many aggravations along the way, however I found Ian to be very supportive, consistently calm and he made regular contact keeping me informed the whole time.
His calm and considerate manner were a great help at the difficult times and I believe his efforts definitely led to the final sale.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
