Sold our house with Helmores, previous agent had it on the market for 8 weeks and had 2 viewings, swapped to Helmores and the viewings flooded in, Helmores gave feedback on each and every viewing, and kept a positive feel to the whole sale.
Great communication, and professional, which is more than can be said for the solicitor I used, but thats another story.
Wouldnt bother with any other agents in the future.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
