Wow, what can I say....Loren has been the most fantastically, professional and efficient agent in all my dealings with her in the purchase of Ridge Cottage. Forget weekly updates - this lady gives me daily or twice daily updates and has ensured that the purchase glided through to a smooth and successful completion. Considering I am not the one paying her fee, I can only imagine what lengths she would go to for a Seller. USE THIS LADY!
As a Financial Adviser I deal with many Estate Agents, Solicitors and of course Buyers and Sellers every day - but Loren would definitely be someone I would recommend to any of my Crediton clients looking to buy or sell their homes. In fact, Loren - do you fancy working with me? LOL!

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
