We could not commend Helmores more enthusiastically. We switched from looking for properties to buy to rental properties as our house sale got delayed, so we have experienced both sides of the agents work. We were provided with excellent details, the team worked very hard to make sure our viewings were lined up consecutively as we were traveling from Oxfordshire. On the day we viewed the property we eventually secured, we called Amy with a very tight window asking if we could view it as an extra and she arranged for Mike to meet us at the house within 30 minutes. Mike then answered all of our questions and went away with questions for the Landlord and replied promptly. He oversaw the administration very efficiently and we finally completed the paper work with Beth, who was warm and friendly in the office. Selling a home and moving across the country with 4 children, sorting schools, jobs, finances etc. within a tight time frame, is a large undertaking but Helmores have made the process less stressful and ultimately successful. Many thanks to the whole team. Especially David for the lovely tea at his home! We will be in touch!

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
