George was enthusiastic and helpful, especially on the first visit to our home and with drawing up the particulars.
Loren was very helpful to us; she kept us up to date with progress of the sale, and was realistic re time scales. She always chased up people when she said she would, and was very quick to give us feedback.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
