Ian came out and took excellent photos of our house and within the same night, it was on the market. Viewings came in quickly and within a couple of weeks we had an offer.
Both Rona and Ian were very helpful and efficient in trying to push our sale through as quickly as possible and within a tight deadline in order to move on with the chain. Every time we asked them to chase, they did. Very approachable and a great service.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
