First time I've ever rented in the private sector so was a little nervous and apprehensive on the whole process.
However I needn't be, I was greeted by Jenny who settled any bad thoughts straight away. I really can't praise her enough. Absolute credit to helmores, and to any other complaint for that matter
Found a property we liked in which mike showed us about, was polite and very friendly, also clued up on the property we were looking at and answered any questions we had very easily.
Then spoke to Jen who guided us through what we needed and low behold before we knew it we had the keys in our hands.
I can't fault anyone at all, I really can't. Will only be using these guys as no one else comes close.
I can't tag Beth or Julie but they were both fab and massive thanks to Beth for sorting out the reference company :)

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
