My husband and I had a really good experience with Helmores.
The staff are all friendly, approachable and very accommodating.
Our house was valued and put onto the internet in good time, which was down to Ian being super flexible and efficient.
Both James and Rona were helpful when it came to receiving offers and they managed to negotiate a figure, where all involved were happy.
All in all, I would definitely use again (although I hope not to move again!!!).

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
