As a buyer, I was very pleased with the way Rona was pro-active in finding out things from the vendors and solicitors and communicating with us so that we were aware of any issues or problems straight away.
This is very reassuring when buying a property (in England!) - there are so many uncertainties but good communication at all levels mitigates these.
Rona also handled well the relaying of offers and the reassurance I required that my offer was fully accepted at the outset so I had confidence to commit early to a full surveyor's report and solicitor's fees.
All in all, a good personal service which, as a buyer, I can highly recommend. But then I'm not the one paying the fees!

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
