I was delighted by the professional polite and helpful advice, guidance and service provided by Rona.
Indeed after we pulled out of a previous purchase via Helmores, we went back and waited for another property to come on the market and insisted on dealing with Rona. Accurate and timely responses to emails were particularly good. Rona is highly recommended by us and on the strength of this we shall be renting our other property via them too!

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
