I have just exchanged contracts for the purchase of a property via Helmores. Loren was my contact and if it was not for her, I am sure that I would still be pulling my hair out waiting to exchange. In my employment I deal with many estate agents and Loren has been the most helpful and pro-active estate agent I have come across and I have dealt with many! She was never too busy to deal with my many requests for help and was always polite and courteous. Loren went above and beyond her duty to assist me in eventually achieving my goal and I cannot thank her enough, she was amazing.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
