They left the front door of my unoccupied property open for 2 days, it could have been more if I hadn't went over to check everything. I wasn't notified of their visit and had to call my estate agents to find out who had been in. I complained and didn't get an apology and when I received my home report I was astounded to read I had a bungalow with an attic conversion. My mid terraced house was nothing like the description and my home address was wrong.
Absolute rubbish.

Dear Michelle, It is regrettable that your opinion of our service did not match the high standards which we at HDG strive to maintain. Whilst we fully appreciate the frustration at the lack of dialog with HDG post valuation, we must reiterate that we were acting for our lender client, to whom we report directly. We are contractually obliged to report to them and them only in these situations, hence why we advised to submit any queries direct to them for our attention. We hope the above ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
In the current housing market all help and assistance should be made readily available from all parties who provide services especially on simple aspects. If you treat clients and customers well then your company and services will develop positively. Unfortunately this company are not customer driven and I have nothing but negative comments to make about the services. Very poor indeed.
