When we wanted to sell the property George Clover was very efficient and made me feel at east and have trust with Helmores, although we have both bought and sold with them before.
There was little movement on percentage fees compared to Exeter agents, so that was a little disappointing
On the whole the staff were very helpful as we were going through several changes at the same time and we could not always be available.
Anna has been a trooper and I thank them for their help is this sale for us.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
