Helmores valued our property, marketed it for sale, carried out six viewings and we were sale agreed within five days! We were thrilled as the price they achieved for our house exceeded our expectations. We also purchased our new property through them and we were kept fully informed of the sales progress at all times. Although James and Phil were instrumental in the managing and negotiating of our sale/purchase I have to say that the whole team at Helmores were knowledgeable and able to help at all times. I see that Helmores have just won some more awards - they are well deserved!

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
