Phil Morgan valued our property and was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Unlike some agents we have heard about, he understands that to a home owner their house is their castle and he made us feel that our house was a lovely property which would sell easily. Next we dealt with Loren Eginton, who immediately arranged several viewings and when she had secured a buyer, kept in constant contact with us, both solicitors involved and our buyers at all times during the period leading up to exchange of contracts. She was very efficient and worked really hard for us, keeping us in the loop at all times as the whole process became very drawn out (through no fault of Helmores or our solicitors)

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
