I feel the fees were the top end of acceptable but they provided a good level of service, except they initially underpriced the property until I revised the price myself. Would be happy to use them again provided a more reasonable fee charged.

Thanks for your great review Bryan - just to explain: the price of the property (£65k) was such that our minimum fee kicked in. It not possible to market properties at the price level on our usual percentage of commission Really glad we got a buyer and the property sold for you!

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
