I went to Helmores after the first estate agent I engaged failed to sell my house or even get more than a handful of people through the door in 6 months. Helmores arranged many more viewings, which eventually resulted in more than one offer and the house is now sold - contracts exchanged yesterday. Over these past months I have had contact with several members of staff, but would like to single out Loren as she has been a tower of strength during a very trying time. She was calm, professional and very supportive - even when I was running around in ever decreasing circles! Thank you Loren - you transformed a stressful time into a positive outcome.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
