We were in contact with Natalie on a very regular basis. She was our port of call for information at the point of sale. When information was difficult to achieve via the solicitors Natalie always came up with the information we required. Before this stage she was always very helpful and obliging with the different viewings regarding timings and dates.

Comment on agent fees
Fees are always a contentious point and easy to point the finger after a sale has been made. However although I know Helmore's would have shown and guided potential clients around our property, but we chose to do this ourselves. This was to showcase, really sell and show the house to its absolute best, with the knowledge we had. We did this with very single viewing. I must point out I used Helmores last year to sell my mothers house and have used them prior to that. I would have no hesitation to use them again.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
