Overall a very positive experience. Always prompt in returning calls and easily accessible, which was a real benefit as I lived 200 miles away from the property. Was most helpful in resolving a minor Land Registry issue which saved me time and additional cost. Was always able to facilitate communication between myself, the vendor and both sets of solicitors. This was everything one would expect from a professional estate agency. I would not hesitate to recommend Helmores at Crediton, and would use them again without hesitation.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
