Helmores really are the best lettings agency you could wish for. I've used them in the past and was impressed with the fair and professional way they managed issues arising with the property. On this most recent occasion they've been wonderfully helpful, patient, understanding and flexible as my/our plans evolved. Warm appreciation is due to Beth and Julie, but a special mention must be made for Jen, who went above and beyond the call of duty to facilitate viewings for us, whilst handling a particularly challenging time for her own family. Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
